No buried clauses, no asterisks. Cancel any trip you’ve booked with us, anytime, and here’s exactly what happens.

30+ days beforeFull refund minus ₹2,000 admin fee. Hotel deposits we’ve already paid are covered.
15–29 days before50% refund of total package value. Hotels start charging us cancellation; we share the cost.
7–14 days before25% refund, or full credit toward a future trip within 12 months — your choice.
Less than 7 daysNo refund, but we’ll try to reschedule. Medical or bereavement? We make an exception, always.
Flights are separate. Airline tickets follow the carrier’s own rules — we’ll tell you exactly what those are before you book. Visa fees are non-refundable. Travel insurance (recommended for international trips) covers most other reasons for cancellation.
