Domestic trips start around ₹13,300 per person for four nights in Goa, twin sharing. International starts around ₹18,999 for Dubai. Those are the lowest we honestly run; the figure for your dates depends on the season, the hotels and how many of you there are. Every price on this site is per person on twin sharing, with 5% GST shown separately.
No. You get a day-by-day plan and live prices for your dates before any money is discussed, and you pay nothing to get them. We make our margin on the trip, not on the quote.
Usually within a couple of hours, and always the same day, Monday to Saturday between 9am and 9pm. One planner handles your trip from the first message to the flight home — you are not passed between agents.
It depends where you are going. Nepal and Bhutan need no visa for Indian passport holders. Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and the Maldives are visa-on-arrival or e-visa. Dubai, Singapore and Vietnam need an e-visa arranged in advance. Europe needs a Schengen visa, which takes the longest — start six to eight weeks ahead. We prepare the file, book the appointment and walk you through the interview. Rules change, so we confirm the current position for your passport and destination in writing before you book anything.
Hotels, daily breakfast, private transfers and sightseeing coordination as standard. International packages usually add return flights and visa assistance. What is not included — lunches, dinners unless stated, personal expenses and travel insurance — is printed as clearly as what is, on every package page, before you enquire.
Yes, and we plan it differently rather than just adding a cot. Shorter driving days, the long legs moved to the morning, hotels that can genuinely take an extra bed, and meal preferences sent to the property in writing. Children aged 5 to 11 are charged at 75% of the adult fare and under-fives at 35%.
Yes. A honeymoon is built differently from a tour — private transfers throughout, rooms chosen for two rather than whatever the group rate allocated, and a slower route. Room decoration, a cake or a private dinner is arranged with the property at no markup, confirmed before you arrive rather than asked for at check-in.
Honestly, for a simple two-night city break you can often do it yourself for much the same money. Where we save you money is a multi-stop route — negotiated hotel rates, one car rather than four transfers, and knowing which nights to move to avoid a peak-week surcharge. Where we save you something other than money is when a flight is cancelled at 11pm and somebody answers the phone.
October to March suits most of the country — Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa and the south are at their best. The Himalaya reverse this: Ladakh, Spiti and the high passes open roughly May to September and are shut the rest of the year. Kashmir is beautiful in April for the blossom and in December for snow. Tell us when you are free and we will tell you plainly where that actually works.

Yes. Pick The Trip is a travel studio based in Pune, working since 2020, planning trips across India and more than 30 countries. We work by appointment rather than from a shopfront, and we serve customers across India — most of our travellers have never met us in person.
The full schedule is in the fine print above: full refund more than 30 days out minus a ₹2,000 admin fee, 50% at 15–29 days, 25% or full credit at 7–14 days. Flights follow the airline’s own rules, which we tell you before you book. Medical and bereavement cases are treated as exceptions, always.
